Fashion lifestyle businesses represent one of the fastest growing retail industries, Manwah said, and the company expects Kelly will enable Manwah to better serve and support the needs of its retail partners.
“Kelly brings a wealth of professionalism, talent and experience to this new position and will be a valuable addition to our leadership team,” said Gabriele Natale, President of Manwah USA. “She understands the needs and demands of fashion lifestyle retailers, a retail channel that we have begun to serve with our new expanded capacity. As Manwah continues to expand into this channel, it is important to fill this position with their knowledge and connections.”
The new position is a result of Manwah’s continued investment in expand capacity in Mexico, Vietnam and China, the company said. The hiring is part of Manwah’s plan for long-term growth initiatives in additional distribution channels such as lifestyle stores.
Kelly has spent her entire career in the furniture industry. Prior to Manwah, Kelly was at McCreary Modern from 2004 to 2021, where she led sales and marketing, and previously she was a sales associate for Cisco Brothers, a retail store manager for several years, and an independent multi-line sales associate.
